Episode 12: Finding Your Foundation with Ursula Sharp

From This Week's Guest Ursula Sharp: I believe my greatest strength is creating authentic, long-lasting relationships with my clients and business prospects. In doing so, I am able to develop business more effectively, increase my pipeline and close more deals.

Because of a high emotional intelligence (EI) quotient, I develop products and services for what is best for the client. Listening to their goals and circumstances is the catalyst for me to innovate strategies and programs that meet their unique needs while solidifying my employer’s position as a strategic partner. It has also afforded me the ability to deliver consistent, goal-shattering revenue streams time and again.

Lastly, as a life-long learner, I remain at the forefront of industry trends and advancements. In addition to professional development, I am in the final stages of completing my Executive Doctorate in Business Administration at Goldey-Beacom College. Throughout this journey I have learned excellence in leadership, strategic management, and organizational change management are essential to develop effective teams and thriving organizations. Even more, while working full-time, it has crystalized for me that with passion, resilience, and tenacity anything is possible.

If you believe I can be an asset to your company, please reach out to me. I look forward to connecting with you and exploring mutually beneficial opportunities.
