No matter which way helps you remember, it’s about taking the time to have a deeper understanding of something, and then we can respond in a way that will be helpful rather than just reactive. 

Our messaging is also about getting to the root of the problem rather than putting a bandaid over it. Yes, that will heal the issue at hand for a short time, but without getting to the core of the problem, it will continue to affect us in a negative way. It ripples out into how we engage with the world and in all of our spaces, so we need that stable foundation to build on.
