Put FEEL Into Practice
You may already know what you need. The hard part can be actually doing it.
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
Maybe you know you're doing too much.
You know you need to say no more.
You know you need to speak up when someone assumes you'll take care of something you never actually agreed to.
You know you need to communicate what you need instead of hoping the people around you will notice.
And you know you want more room in your life for you.
But knowing those things and actually doing them, especially when someone you care about may be disappointed, are two very different things.
That's where actively engaging with FEEL can help.
KNOWING ISN'T THE SAME AS LIVING IT
It can be easy to say:
Set a boundary.
Stop people-pleasing.
Make yourself a priority.
Just say no.
Trust yourself.
It's much harder when you're the person everyone counts on.
When being dependable matters to you.
When someone you love is disappointed.
When saying no feels selfish.
When you're not even sure what you want anymore.
The FEEL Framework (Finding Empowerment Embracing Layers) gives you a way to slow down and get curious about what's underneath those moments.
What do I value?
What do I actually want?
What do I have capacity for?
What expectations am I carrying?
Did I actually agree to this, or was it assumed?
What am I giving up by saying yes?
What do I need to communicate?
And what choice can I live with?
FEEL isn't about someone else giving you the right answer. It's about knowing yourself well enough to trust yourself and choose how you want to live.

LIVE FEEL WORKSHOPS
Start With One Real-Life Challenge
Focused, interactive experiences that take one challenge women are navigating and explore it through the FEEL Framework.
Rather than simply listening to a conversation about boundaries, expectations, self-trust, or overcommitment, you'll have an opportunity to reflect on how the issue is showing up in your life and begin putting FEEL into practice.
Current Workshop:
BEFORE YOU SAY YES
A Small-Group FEEL Experience for Women Ready to Make More Intentional Choices
You've become someone people can count on, and that's something you may genuinely value about yourself.
But when yes becomes automatic, it's easy to make commitments before considering what you actually want, what you have capacity for, what you're giving up, or whether the expectation you're responding to is even one you want to accept.
This isn't about learning to say no to everyone.
It's about making your yes as intentional as your no.
Pricing: $67/person for 60 - 90 minute workshop (10 - 25 women per workshop)
SMALL FEEL COHORTS
Don't Just Learn It. Practice It.
Knowing you need a boundary is one thing.
Communicating it, and continuing to trust yourself when someone doesn't like it, is another.
Small FEEL cohorts (6 - 8 participants) give a limited group of women the opportunity to move beyond one conversation and spend several weeks putting the Framework into practice in their actual lives.
Together, we'll explore things like:
What you value and what you actually want
Bandwidth and capacity
The expectations you've created and the ones you've inherited
Assumptions versus actual agreements
Why saying no can bring guilt
Communicating boundaries, needs and expectations
What happens when someone is disappointed
Being responsible TO others without becoming responsible FOR them
Strengthening self-trust through actual choices
You won't be told what choices to make.
You'll be invited to get curious, practice communicating, learn from what happens, and keep coming back to your own values, needs, capacity, and choices, with Melissa facilitating the process and a small group of women doing the work alongside you.
Best if: You know what you need to change, but want structure, practice, conversation, and accountability as you begin living it.
Pricing & Format: Six Sessions over 6 weeks for $497 one time payment or 2 installments of $265

“Before You Say Yes” Cohort
Making Choices Based on Your Values, Capacity & What You Actually Want
You’ve become someone people can count on—and that may be something you genuinely value about yourself.
But when yes becomes automatic, it’s easy to make commitments before asking yourself what you actually want, whether you have the capacity, what saying yes will require you to give up, or whether the expectation you’re responding to is one you actually want to accept.
This isn’t about learning to say no to everyone.
It’s about making your yes as intentional as your no.
Before You Say Yes is a six-week small-group experience designed to help you actively put the FEEL Framework into practice as you make choices, communicate what you need, and navigate the expectations you carry, from yourself and from other people.
Does this sound familiar?
“I’m doing too much.”
“People just assume I’ll handle it.”
“I need to start saying no more.”
“I need to speak up instead of getting frustrated that people don’t realize how much I’m doing.”
“I want to help, but I don’t want everything to automatically become my responsibility.”
“I want to make choices without feeling like I have to explain or apologize for them.”
If you recognize yourself in those words, you probably don’t need someone else to tell you to set better boundaries or stop doing so much.
You may need space to understand why saying yes has become so automatic, and practice choosing more intentionally.
Over Six Weeks, We’ll Explore:
Week 1 — Before the Yes: What Do I Actually Want?
Get curious about who you are beyond what you do for other people, what you enjoy, what fills your cup, and where yes may have become automatic.
Week 2 — What Matters to Me?
Identify the values that matter to you and consider whether your commitments reflect them. Being dependable, generous, helpful, or committed to the people you love isn’t the problem. The question is whether you are choosing how you want to live those values.
Week 3 — Do I Have the Capacity for This?
Consider your mental, emotional, and physical capacity before committing. Because I want to do this and I have the capacity to do this aren't always the same answer.
Week 4 — Whose Expectation Am I Responding To?
Explore your own expectations, other people’s expectations, assumptions, roles, and patterns that may be influencing your choices.
Did I consciously choose this, or did I automatically say yes?
Week 5 — Say What You Need to Say
Practice communicating boundaries, asking for help, correcting assumptions, renegotiating a previous yes, expressing what you need, and saying no or not right now—without feeling like you have to overexplain.
Week 6 — Choose. Communicate. Trust Yourself.
Bring what you’ve learned together as you practice being responsible for yourself and TO other people, Not for them.
Someone else being disappointed doesn’t automatically mean you made the wrong choice.
You get to choose, communicate, experience what happens, learn, adjust, and choose again.
This Is About Practice, Not Perfection
Throughout the six weeks, you’ll be invited to take what we’re exploring into your actual life.
Each week, you’ll identify a real situation, relationship, commitment, conversation, or choice where you can practice what you’re learning.
You’re not expected to leave six weeks later with perfect boundaries, never feel guilty again, or suddenly have every answer.
Instead, you’ll leave with a clearer way to pause before automatically committing, consider your values and capacity, recognize the expectations influencing your choice, and communicate your yes, no, or not-right-now more intentionally.
You won’t leave with Melissa’s answers for your life. You’ll leave better equipped to hear and trust your own.

1:1 FEEL CONNECT SESSIONS
Your Life. Your Layers. Your Choices.
Sometimes what you're navigating needs more individual space.
1:1 FEEL Connect Sessions give you dedicated time with Melissa to use the FEEL Framework around the circumstances, relationships, expectations, boundaries, or choices you're navigating in your own life.
You may come in saying:
“I know something needs to change, but I don't know where to start.”
“I know what I want to say, but I can't seem to say it.”
“I don't know if this expectation is mine or something I've spent years believing I should do.”
“I'm afraid I'll make the wrong choice.”
“I need to figure out what I actually want.”
You don't need to have it figured out before you arrive.
Best if: You want individualized space to work through FEEL in the context of your own life.

The FEEL Reset
A 1:1 FEEL Connect Experience for Reconnecting With You
You spend a lot of time thinking about what needs to get done, who needs you, and what other people are counting on you for.
But when was the last time you stopped long enough to ask:
What do I need? What do I enjoy? What matters to me? How do I actually want to FEEL?
The FEEL Reset is a private 1:1 experience for women who have spent so much time attending to roles, responsibilities, and other people's expectations that they aren't quite sure what they need, want, value, or enjoy anymore.
Over three sessions, Melissa will guide you through foundational pieces of the FEEL Framework to help you get curious about who you are underneath everything you do for everyone else.
Together, you'll explore:
Who you are beyond your roles, responsibilities, and accomplishments
The activities that genuinely nourish and energize you
How you want to FEEL and the five words you want to carry into the next six months
What you're noticing emotionally, mentally, and physically
The values that matter to you in this season of your life
Where your current choices and commitments support those things—and where they may not
You'll leave with a clearer understanding of you and practical ways to begin making more room for what matters to you.
Not because Melissa is going to tell you what your life should look like.
Because the more clearly you know yourself, the better equipped you are to trust yourself and choose what works for you.
Format: 3 private sessions over 6 weeks, 60–75 minutes each, with light support between sessions.
Best if: You're thinking, “I've spent so much time taking care of everything and everyone else that I'm not even sure what I want anymore.”
Pricing: One Time Payment of $750 or 3 installments of $265/each
WHAT WORKING WITH MELISSA IS—AND ISN'T
I'm Not Here to Make Your Choices for You.
I'm not here to tell you whether to leave the relationship, quit the job, confront someone, say yes, say no, or make a particular decision.
You're the expert on your life.
My role is to bring the FEEL Framework into the conversation and help you get curious about what you're feeling, what matters to you, what you need, what you have capacity for, and what expectations may be influencing your choices.
We'll explore the questions.
We'll notice the patterns.
We'll practice the conversations.
And I'll keep pointing you back to the person whose voice matters most in determining how you live your life:
You.
THE FOUNDATION UNDER ALL OF IT
THE FEEL FRAMEWORK
FEEL — Finding Empowerment Embracing Layers — is grounded in three foundational beliefs:
💛 You're Worth All of It.
💛 You're Valuable Because of Who You Are, Not What You Do.
💛 You Get to Choose.
FEEL invites you to get curious about your layers; your values, experiences, expectations, relationships, emotional, mental and physical needs, boundaries, capacity, and the things that fill your cup.
Not so you can become some “better” version of yourself.
So you can know who you already are well enough to trust yourself.

NOT SURE WHICH EXPERIENCE IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
Let's Talk About What You Need
You don't have to figure out which FEEL experience fits you on your own.
Schedule a brief conversation with Melissa to talk about what you're navigating and whether a live workshop, small cohort, 1:1 FEEL Connect Session(s), or another FEEL resource would be the most helpful place to begin.
*There's no expectation that every conversation results in working together.
[SET UP A FEEL FIT CONVERSATION]
FEEL isn't something you simply learn. FEEL is something you practice, one question, one conversation, one boundary, and one intentional choice at a time.
